Three posters for a political convention:
If Pigs Had Wings…
He's Not an Actor but He Plays One on TV
Yuppie Feminism

1988

These three election posters were produced for the exhibition A Political Art Show, held at the Mattress Center in Atlanta, at the time of the 1988 Democratic National Convention in that city. Rosler used advertisements and photographs pulled from newspapers, augmented only with simple captions and phrases, to lampoon Republican presidential candidate George H. W. Bush, then vice president to President Ronald Reagan; Reagan himself; and “yuppie feminism.”
